Student Support Managers

The Student Support managers are an integral aspect of the school’s commitment to supporting every student who joins our community. As non-teaching members of staff, the Student Support Managers are able to work closely with students in order to implement strategies and interventions that meet individual needs. This bespoke service encompasses support with both pastoral, behavioural and emotional needs, allowing students access to safety and support networks. The Student Support Managers, alongside the Heads of Year liaise with external services as appropriate, to ensure that an array of support agencies in the community can be accessed.

On a daily basis the Student Support Managers will monitor the attendance and behaviour of the students across the school. They will act as a key link between families and the school and act as a bridge with external supporting agencies. The Student Support Managers also offer a safe forum for students who are struggling within the school.
