Dear Parents and Carers, 

The follow up to last week's update on mask protocol was that as of tomorrow, Thursday, face coverings will no longer be recommended in communal areas for staff and students in Year 7 and above. Face coverings are already no longer recommended in classrooms and teaching spaces for staff and students and the Contingency Framework has been updated here ... 

Staff and students will of course be able to continue to wear a face covering at any point, should they so wish, and it is highly recommended that students travelling on all school transport wear a face covering. 

We will monitor the ongoing Covid situation in line with national and local guidance carefully and, until half term, continue to conduct assemblies remotely.
