Can you HELP with WORK EXPERIENCE in 2021?

Year 10 students from St Birinus School are now seeking work experience opportunities on the 13th and 14th July 2021 (subject to restrictions lifting as planned):

If you have a business that can offer a rewarding, often life changing experience placement for a young person then please get in touch.
Stacey Nutley, Careers Lead SBS,

Coming soon! Year 8 Careers event - WOW 360 (World of Work).

This event will take place during you PD lessons in weeks 5 and 6 of this term. You will have a session looking at the amazing variety of employment opportunities available and the employability skills you might need to get there. More information to follow during tutor time over the next week.

Parents of Year 8 - I would be really grateful if you could take one minute to complete this form, as part of the WOW 360 event.

Here at St Birinus School,
we shall be celebrating National Apprenticeship Week (virtually of course!)

I have put together a selection of some of the best resources all about apprenticeships. It is well worth looking through these, whether you want to know more about what an apprenticeship is, the life of an apprentice, the choices available or even more practical guidance on application.

Check us out on Twitter @SBSCareers for more information and don’t forget to search the hashtag #NAW2021 for even more resources!
