Mr Manning and Mr de Freitas were joined by Scott Empson (Year 9), Simeon Lord (Year 10), Miguel de Freitas (Year 10), Jamie Smith (Year 11) and Niyla Simpson (Year 13) for the parade along the Broadway on Sunday afternoon to the annual Remembrance Service, held at the war memorial by the Civic Hall.

In the crisp November sunshine, Scott and Simeon laid a wreath on behalf of St Birinus School with real dignity and poise, accompanied by students from DGS and other local schools. The event was well attended by a good number of SBS boys also representing various cadet groups and sports clubs.
