Ridgeway Education Trust have partnered with Teach First and Orchard Learning Alliance to launch our own School-Centred Teacher Training (SCITT) programme.

This exciting development means we will be able to train teachers in our schools, offering an outstanding training experience that combines practical 'on the job' training, qualified teacher status (QTS), and the awarding of the internationally-recognised PGCE qualification.
